The stay was great value for the price, selected for its ideal location near the River and close to Khao San Road's center.

Super location on the Khao San Road.

Very small rooms with just room for a double bed and a bathroom and hardly a space to put your luggage. Not great or even good but a place to get some sleep, get showered and go hit the street.

Good location

The rooms were very cramped and did not reflect what was advertised on the internet. We were prepared to pay more to top up and upgrade to a better room but the staff at the counter was not sensitive to our needs. We ended up only staying for one night even though we booked two nights.

The rooms were clean and fairly quiet, and everything was awesome during my stay here.

The friendly staff here deserve a shoutout for making my stay great! 🌟 the room was clean, had good air conditioning, and Wi-Fi was reliable.

everything was awesome, clean hotel, great and magnificent location on the walking street. it was air-conditioned, amazingly comfortable and in bangkok. location: the venue was just next door to the pub and club and the party area of bkk. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like jo jo padthai that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I cannot recommend this hotel.

I Was ok with the fact that the room was super small and that almost every item on it had a label price (because at least it was clean. Still I was ok that even the lobby toilets had to be extra paid (because I could still climb back to my room). Again I agreed with the very noisy location (bad windows but good location) and the not so well working air-con (at least there was one). And I accepted the fact that the breakfast could be eaten within 5 minutes... But I cannot be ok with the behaviour of the reception staff. Especially by a fat lady that to be pissed off with the world. Nice staff is aleays welcome and she was just being impolite in any circumstances. Plus even if she had poor English skills, and not understood what we asked it, she treated us like we were dumb people (and we were only asking questions, not even complaining about anything). Plus we booked an extra night once we were already there. They charged us more than the nights booked via Booked.net. Not very commercial...

My room was clean thanks to the understanding staff. Truly enjoyed the room in the pictures; my bed was soft. - Everywhere was fairly clean. - the location was great: a market and a convenience shop were within walking distance. - It was a touristic area, a holiday base for me. - Don Muang airport was hardly 26 minutes away by car.

Really good building and rooms with dripping aircon. Exceptionally nice and perfect location, walking distance to all attractions. Near a bus station, convenient.

This place is in a fantastic area, close to a bus station.

Service was great , Friendly and helpful staff , location are the best only short walk to crazy Khaosan road which a lot of fun there. Room is clean and have equipment I need such as tv , mini bar , toilet , shower , even through the room a bit too small but fit for me or who travel on budget.

A little old building . To had breakfast must going to another hotel but not far .

Great location

The rooms was extremely small, much smaller than in the pictures. The bathroom was also small, and it was impossible to shower without making the whole bathroom soaking wet.
